With a combined industry experience stretching 75 years, Woodcraft Kitchen Cabinets has focused on building with quality while maintaining value through our cost-efficient manufacturing process.

All of our beautifully designed cabinetry are designed and manufactured in our modern 45,000 square foot production facility. Our current production facility consists of the most advanced woodworking equipment in the industry; comprising of modern CNC machines, automatic sanders, dowel machines, and CEFLA finishing line, to name a few. The size and state of our production facility enables us to have an operational advantage with which to service the growing needs of the current market.

In conjunction with our production plant our showroom features some breath-taking kitchen displays with which to inspire our customers to customize their space. A diverse range of products including wood, mdf and laminate options as well as features such as cutlery trays, garbage and recycling bins, spice pullouts, and many other accessories are available for viewing.

In terms of our design process customer engagement and participation as this is an integral part to our success. Our sales designers are trained to engage our customers upon initial contact as this enables them to inform client of the full range of products and services that are available to them. Once a client signs a work order we then take it to the design stage, which would entail marking the client’s kitchen, to provide a layout of cabinets including the number of cabinets and relevant features the design layout. This allows us to ensure that customer needs are being met by the design and layout with respect to their creativity, functionality, and appearance in mind. Our customers are encouraged to ask questions and collaborate throughout the process of planning leading to the final layout. This also allows for clear understanding between both parties and avoids unnecessary changes that may lead to increased costs once the plan has been finalized, approved and placed into production. Thus customer engagement helps us to meet customer expectations and build on our customer’s satisfaction.

Quality Assurance Program

All our cabinets are installed by qualified cabinet installers. Any deficiencies if any that may arise are handled by our dedicated service staff. It is their mission for ensuring that any deficiencies are taken care of within 2 weeks. Any incoming service calls after occupancy are handled directly by our service supervisor and once verified, completed and confirmed by the customer it is then filed with the order. Again, “Customer Satisfaction is our Guarantee” and this is how we are able to “Add value to your Home”, without any compromise.

As we believe in promoting a culture of awareness and safety correlates to an efficient work environment and demonstrates our commitment to a higher standard and is a reflection of the care we place in this company and our employees. As such through our partnership with our health and safety consultants at Vital Insight, work safe policies and codes of conduct have been introduced that have sustained an environment, both in our facility and on onsite locations, that are fully compliant with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulation.
