Our Process

Kitchen Consultation

We highly recommend booking an informal appointment as this ensures that a member of our team is present to answer all your questions, offer design ideas and discuss your project. During this appointment we will discuss what your objectives are with your new furniture and discuss various design layouts as well as showing you around our showroom. We encourage you to come to the initial consultation with floor plans, dimensions, and possibly even first kitchen sketches or ideas.

Kitchen Cabinet Design

Our in-house designer will create some design ideas using our cabinet software. This allows you to get a visual interpretation of how your project will look. From the first draft, we can continue and develop this process by changing ideas, layouts and color schemes until we achieve exactly what you are looking for. During this process we will visit you at your home and take essential measurements of your room to ensure accurate dimensioning of your project design.

Design Quotation & Cabinet Order Confirmation

Once we have finalized your design and you are happy with every element, we put together a quotation with a breakdown of the costs of your project. Once the shop drawings are finalized and you approve the final quote. You will need to sign off on the final drawings and provide a deposit before your cabinet project is put into production.

Kitchen Cabinet Order & Production

Once we receive your deposit and double check site measurements your project will be scheduled for production.  The production of your cabinets typically takes between four to six weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Installation

Our Installation Manager at Woodcraft Kitchens will give you an estimated delivery date for your cabinets. We typically arrange kitchen cabinet installation for either the same day or approximately one to two days after the scheduled delivery date. The installation process itself generally takes between two days and four days, depending on the scope of your project. Our will install all cabinetry into your home and complete any final touches such as adding handles and making door & drawer adjustments.

Inspection & Service

Once installation of your project is completed it is then inspected for quality assurance by one of our experienced team members. If there are by chance any deficiencies noted, they will be promptly dealt with by our service team. Your kitchen comes with a standard one year warranty from the date of installation.
